I will definitely try this recipe. I always thought it was much more complicated than that to prepare Zaatar. Thank you for sharing your recipes. I love all of them.

Assalamu 'alaikum - thanks to performing Hajj last year, I finally have sumac and can make my own Zaatar. I have been thinking of a Zaatar flavoured grilled chicken - any suggestions?
(I visit your site regularly, and only wish I had more time to try out the recipes!)
Eid Mubarak!

Chennette,
Assalamu 'alaikum,Eid Mubarak to you too.
About using zaatar try this:
1)in addition to zaatar try to add olive oil , minced garlic, white vinegar and lemon juice.
or 2)simply follow this recipe here.
Hope this help.
if you have more questions do not hesitate to ask.
