zainab how beautiful those look! I will have to try them soon. They seem an easy recipe as well. I wonder what a little applesauce would taste like with them? And a pork chop? Hmmmm. :D TIA!!!

Hi,

In Turkey, we also put grated feta cheese in the zucchini pancakes (called Mujver-- I always thought this was an Arabic word ).
Try it, you may like it. But, do not put any salt since feta is quite salty.
Also we use stirred or strained thick yogurt(labneh or Greek style) as a sauce rather than sour cream.

Best,
Gulriz

These look so yummy frying in my pan! I wanted to make these last night but it was too late for dinner. I added a little bit of lemon juice to the batter as well. I can't wait to eat them!

Thanks for sharing,
Amy
