Muhallebi (milk Pudding)

Recipe by:meedo

6 Tablespoons corn starch.
6 Tablespoons sugar.
2 Tablespoons qaimar.
4 cups milk.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1/4 vanilla powder.
1 Tablespoon rose water.
2 egg yolks.


1)In medium pan combine all ingredients ,stir constantly over heat until mixture boils and thickens.

2)Pour into small glass bowls. Place in the fridge to chill them.

Topping Options:
*chopped pistachio.
* 2 Tablespoons khoshaf.
*coconut.

Qaimar is (thick Iraqi cream)and we use it a lot in arabic gulf area ,you can substitute it with cream.

Depends on the size of bowls you use maybe 6-8 servings.
the serving size for one person equal to 1/2 cup.
