756 g apple (about 4 apples).
2 Tablespoons brown sugar.
dash of ground cinnamon.
dash of vanilla powder.
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1/4 cup white flour.
1/4 cup whole wheat flour.
1/2 Tablespoon oil +1/2 Tablespoon butter ,for shallow-frying.

1)Coarsely grate apple .
2)Transfer to a large bowl ,stir in brown sugar,cinnamon,vanilla powder,vanilla extract,eggs and flour.
3)Heat oil+butter in frying pan , shallow- fry 1/3 cup of mixture until golden brown both sides and cooked through(4 to 5 minutes per side).
Flatten slightly during cooking.
4)Serve immediately and top with qaimar and honey or powdered sugar.
