For Cardamom Tea:
4 cups water.
12 cardamom pods*.
2 Tablespoons loose tea
1) Using mortar and pestle ,lightly crush cardamom pods .
2) Place 2 Tablespoons of loose tea in a stainless steel tea pot and add water.
3) Add the cardamom pods and bring water to boil.
4)Remove from heat ,stand 15 minutes.
5)Bring mixture to boil again ,strain and serve.
*you can use 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom instead of cardamom pods.
